Wrong time shown on instrument cluster, Comand Display and analog clock => 0:00 h.

1. Time cannot be adjusted manually

2. Time can be adjusted, but as soon as the new time is confirmed, the analog clock starts working and then immediately resets to 0:00 h.

The problem affects both IC Entry and IC High.

1. Ensure that the latest software is installed for instrument cluster A1, the head unit and the HERMES control unit (if present)

2. Commission the instrument cluster control unit again

3. If steps 1 and 2 do not resolve the issue, please contact your Technical Market Support team. To ensure the matter is processed purposefully, please provide the following documents:

a. Initial quick test report

B. Control unit logs for instrument cluster, head unit and HERMES

c. Video of the procedure used for "Setting the time".

Note: If an analog clock is installed, also observe how the time behaves.
