- When starting up after an extended period of non-operational time (e.g. overnight), the wrong time is shown in the display cluster A40/16 (head unit and instrument cluster); after bus idle and a restart, the correct time is shown again.

Faulty HERMES software

补救

Use XENTRY Diagnosis to perform a software update of the HERMES communication module (N112/9) to software version number: E522.3 or newer.

Note:

It is possible that the HERMES SW E522.3 may not yet be available through XENTRY Diagnosis for all markets.

If this is the case for the complaint in question, please create a TIPS case, which should be routed directly to technical support team.

Please attach an up-to-date HERMES control unit log to the TIPS case.
