投诉

The MBUX multimedia system (A26/17) has no GPS reception. 0 (zero) satellites are being received.

The vehicle position on the navigation map in the central display does not match the actual position exactly.

原因

The navigation module of the MBUX multimedia system (A26/17) has not been initialized correctly.

补救

1. Using XENTRY Diagnosis, check HERMES module (N112/9) actual values to see if there is any GPS reception. If the HERMES module (N112/9) has GPS reception, please proceed with the next steps.

2. The affected vehicles can be identified using the attached CRIN list. The CRIN number can be read out via VeDoc - Theft-relevant data - COMAND device number.

3. If the CRIN in VeDoc does not match one of the CRIN numbers in the attachment, the MBUX multimedia system (A26/17) must be updated using XENTRY Diagnosis and the latest add-on.
