Issue:
PDI NLI SD card navigation fail to activation
1. Investigation found, display ”Error 107/108-license not be verified”, which is due to license was registered to other vehicle, or files inside SD was cutter/deleted.
2. Investigation found, display “Error 103/Error 118-license have been activated”, which is due to license was activated to other vehicle, or wrong VIN No. was keyed in by activation AAP.
3. Display “license is not match VIN No.”, which is due to wrong VIN No. was keyed in by activation App.
4. Investigation found, some of warranty returned parts infected virus, which lead to navigation activation failure.
5. Investigation found, some of warranty returned parts inside files or key files was deleted.
Cause:
1. Files/data inside of SD card were copied or was used for other vehicle’s navigation activation.
2. Files/data inside of SD card were cut or deleted.
3. Key in wrong VIN No. with activation App.
Action:
1. Forbid copy, cut or delete any files/data inside SD card.
2. Forbid use the SD card has been activated to activate other vehicle, remember one card only for one vehicle.
3. Forbid inserting the SD card into other computer except pathfinder/SDD, ensure diagnosis computer is not infected virus to avoid SD card infect virus.
4. Forbid use the SD card as removable storage device etc..
5. Please firstly make the diagnosis computer connect the vehicle, and then insert the SD card to vehicle.
6. Forbid use below two Apps (figure1)and manually key in VIN No. to activate navigation.
7. Mandatorily submit the TA and EPQR and below files when NLI SD card fail to activate navigation
-Submit the error code screenshot as figure 2 when 1st activation failure, and submit session files in pathfinder
- Submit log files in path in pathfinder, as below links
