Issue:
Customers allege ABS indicator illuminated (intermittent or permanent), some customers might allege steering wheel heavy, and there are DTC related with wheel speed sensor, such as DTC C0031-07, C0031-11, C0034-07, etc.    
Cause:
1 External factor disturbances lead to wheel speed signal connection issue.
2 Wheel speed sensor failure.
Action:
 Check according to following actions:
1 Check the appearance of the wheel speed sensor as the first step of questionnaire.
2 Check the matching parts as the second step of questionnaire. (WSS match status with body harness\ knuckle)
3 ABA verification, exchange the suspected defective part with benchmark car, and run it around 3-5KM.
4 Complete questionnaire as attached.
Judge result:
1 Finish the Step 1, 2. Issue disappears. We judge external disturbance factor lead to wheel speed signal receive\transfer issue. We suggest monitoring this issue.
2 In the Step 1, 2. If any damage\ deformation \ corroding on wheel speed sensor, replace the wheel speed sensor.
3 Finish the Step 1, 2. Issue exists. And issue could be reoccurred on ABA vehicle. We can judge that the wheel speed sensor is the cause of illuminated indicator and replace the wheel speed sensor.
4 Summarize related information above, and raise an ePQR.
