Issue:
The one side or both side door mirrors does not work when the vehicle is locked or unlocked. For this problem, dealers are required to protect the first scene when they find similar problems, and our SST team will be required to confirm on site. If the customer does not agree to wait, the dealer should measure the related parameters of the door mirror according as this SSM requirements before replacing the door mirror.

Action:
 Check process and evidence for judge.
1. Move the door mirror forwards and backwards manually, then return the door mirror to the central position.
2. Press the Driver door mirror switch and Passenger door mirror switch buttons simultaneously to reset the door mirror. If it does not work, proceed to next step.
   NOTES
   A thermal cut-out temporarily disables the power-fold feature if the buttons are operated     repeatedly.
3. Remove the door mirror cover and confirm whether the motor harness is connected.
4. Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the door mirror circuits. (Measure the current and voltage of the door mirror lamp, motor and lens when operating the door mirror lens.)
5. If there is no signal, confirm whether the door module internal failure (whether the door module is flooded).
6. If the problem is still present, please submit EPQR with the videos of above steps.
