Content	Issue: Retailers have reported they are unable to enter the mileage when creating a FRED request. Concern: Investigations have shown the Retailers are using a browser other than Internet Explorer. Global Concern Management (GCM) is designed and built to be fully compatible with Internet Explorer 11. The JLR Retailer IT Policy Guide V3.0 (6th April 2018) is located on the Global Retailer Portal. Section 2.9 states the only browser compatible with all JLR Systems is Internet Explorer 11. Action: . When using Global Concern Management (GCM), only use Internet Explorer 11.
