Issue:
The vehicle was running on an even road, keep the steering wheel straight, the vehicle pull to the one isde of the road.
Cause:
The test results of four wheel alignment are out of specification.
Action:
Once dealerships need to do the four wheel alignment, please follow the rules below strictly, and keep relevant records.
1.Record the VIN, license plate, mileage, repair date etc.,
2.Diagnosis of vehicle pull&drift, refer to TOPIX 211-11/Steering system strictly, collect related results in every step;
3.Four wheel alignment test, refer to TOPIX 204-00/suspicision system/general information, collect related results in every step;
4.While doing the four wheel alignment test, take pictures of the marks on parts while adjusting the front and rear wheel toe, the data of four wheel alignment need to be kept, completed and readable.
